Declaring My Right to Free Choice in Healthcare

Citizen's Petition

My name is __________________ . I hereby declare that, as a U.S. citizen, I have the right to freedom of choice in healthcare under the authority of the Declaration of Independence and the U.S. Constitution. The FDA is violating my rights every day by restricting my access to safe and effective medical therapies, and by stopping me from obtaining truthful information about the benefits of these therapies. The FDA is killing Americans by refusing to permit the open dissemination of truthful health claims (backed by thousands of research studies) that antioxidant nutrients, fiber, and herbs can help prevent cancer, heart disease, stroke, Alzheimer's Disease, and other lethal diseases.

I declare that freedom of choice in healthcare is a basic, fundamental right derived from natural law that is intrinsic to my existence as a human being. I declare that freedom of choice in healthcare is my inalienable right, and that it CANNOT be surrendered to anyone or any government on Earth. I cite the following quotes from the Constitution and Declaration of Independence to support my right to freedom of choice in healthcare and hereby declare that every FDA employee who violates this right may be guilty of crimes against humanity:

"Congress shall pass no law . . . abridging freedom of speech, or of the press . . ." First amendment to the U.S. Constitution

"The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched and the person or things to be seized." Fourth Amendment to the U.S. Constitution

"No person shall . . . be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law." Fifth Amendment to the U.S. Constitution

"The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people." Ninth Amendment to the U.S. Constitution

"No state shall . . . deprive any person of life, liberty, or property without due process of law; nor deny to any person the equal protection of the laws." Fourteenth Amendment to the U.S. Constitution

"We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal . . . with certain unalienable rights; that among these are life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness." Declaration of Independence
